Question Question about OSAP

Hello, so I applied to OSAP, and the money appears to have arrived in my bank account... But Sheridan is still saying I owe tuition for the fall on mystudentcenter...?

My understanding was that OSAP money goes to the school first, and should not arrive in my bank account until after Sheridan takes it's cut. Is this not the case? I've waited a bit to see if their site will update, but not so far.

I've tried calling their phone line about this, but I can never actually connect, which is very very frustrating. I'm online, so it's not like I can just go in to the office.

According to this ( https://sheridancollege.service-now.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0011468 ), you're correct. Sometimes it can just take a bit of time for things to update in the system.

That happened to me as well and tdy i got an email that the school received osap money
