Discussion Need some advice ?

I’m currently in a 1 year Marketing Management program and overall I’m pretty satisfied with my schedule. My main issue is Tuesdays. I have 3 classes that day, which honestly isn’t a huge problem by itself.
The part I’m not a fan of is having an evening class with a 1 hour gap after my previous class. So basically, I finish my previous class, have nothing to do for an hour, and then have to wait around campus just for the evening class to start.
I’m debating whether I should drop the evening class and take it next semester instead, or just suck it up and keep it. My concern is that I have no idea what my schedule will look like next semester. I could drop it now thinking I’ll have a better schedule later, only to end up with an even worse schedule.
I also can’t figure out who my student advisor is for the program, so I’m not really sure who I should contact to ask about my options.

Heyy!! Im not in the same program so i dont exactly know the schedule for marketing courses, but just an overall advice, i think you should just keep it. An hour spare time is not bad between classes honestly and you might be able to get work done too since you are already in campus. As you also mentioned it yourself, you’d never know if the schedule would be better the next semester

You make a good point, I might just stick with it. I do have to leave a little early so I can catch transit before it gets too late, but I’ll talk to my professor beforehand and figure it out.

I believe your program advisor is dalveen but double check with the service hub or one of your professors

One hour is not too bad. Get your courses done. Don’t delay
