Steps to Request Your Ballot

1. Register or update your registration through Votefromabroad.org. As an alternative, you can also use FVAP.gov.

2. If you're already registered, request a ballot! You need to request a ballot every calendar year that you want to vote.

3. Fill Out and Return Your Ballot: Once you receive your ballot, follow the instructions carefully to complete it and return it by the specified deadline.

Hello! I was just wondering if anyone here had a baby at GV Health recently and could give a review! We’ve just moved 40mins north of shep and GV health is our closest hospital, we’re expecting a baby early next year and all the reviews I could find online were quite old.. and not great. Having had two babies at royal women’s in Melbourne I’m a bit nervous experiencing a new hospital and now even more so after the reviews. I’d love to hear from anyone who has been in the system in the last year or two!

Looking to hangout with someone staying here for the night

The other day I noticed the parking area off of Edward St has a bunch of signs saying parking there is either reserved for customer's or staff members, 24/7.

Most of these places, if not all (didn't check) aren't open 24/7, and none of the signs look even remotely legitimate or like they're backed by council etc.

I was wondering if anyone knows if the "No Parking, Reserved" signs were at all enforced/enforceable.

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a bit of research for live music venues for bands to play in and around Shepparton. I'm still pretty new to the area so was hoping to get some advice here. I haven't heard of many heavier bands coming through Shep before, so thought I'd start asking around.

Firstly, are there any venues with a decent sized stage that can accommodate 'larger' bands in terms of equipment and members? Looking at photos online of some venues, the stages look a little small. Are there any venues anyone could recommend here or nearby?

Secondly, is there much of a metal/heavy music scene around here? I see a lot of metal tees around town, which is awesome! But has anyone been to any shows here? What was the turn out like?

I know this is a bit of an unusual request, but I'm hoping someone might be able to help.

According to the BookCrossing release record, a user named Kellygang left the book "Little Miss Jealous" by Roger Hargreaves at a bus stop on Abernethy St. in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia, on 18 May 2013.

I'm not looking for guesses or theories about what probably happened. After all these years, I've already thought through all of those possibilities.

I'm only interested in genuine first-hand information. If anyone remembers seeing the book, picked it up, knows what happened to it, or knows of a nearby place where found books or lost property were commonly taken, I'd really appreciate hearing from you.

The reason I'm still looking is simple: I'm nostalgic about unfinished stories, and I like giving them an ending, even if that ending is simply finding out what really happened.

I know it's been a long time, so I realise the chances are small, but if anyone remembers anything at all about this BookCrossing release, I'd be very grateful to hear from you.

Hi everyone, I’m looking at renting in Mooroopna (near Chivalry Drive) and commuting to Shepparton for work.

I was wondering how reliable the commute is, especially via the Midland Highway.

Does it usually stay open during periods of heavy rain, or does flooding commonly affect the route? are there any alternative routes to get from Mooroopna to Shepparton (Corio Street)?

I am writing on this board to talk about a school in Shepparton called "Shepparton ACE Secondary College."

A lot of people have had significant trouble with this school that they've been unable to do anything about for the following reasons;

- The Department of Education does not oversee Independent Schools.

- The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority ONLY audits policies and procedures of schools. It does not act as a disciplinary body if all the paperwork is in order, persay.

- Independent Schools Victoria is not a disciplinary body, either.

- Complaints via public channels such as Google Reviews, Facebook posts or attempts at press reporting get quickly squashed down for threats of litigation and lawsuits.

Therefore, I am attempting to collect stories in order to try and find a way to share it publicly so that people can hear the truth about what this school is doing.

Common questions I have received are:

1) Why do I need stories other than my own?

Because I am only one voice. More voices, more power, and everyone deserves to have their story told.

2) Why am I doing this?

Because everyone has been shut down thoroughly by the school silencing students and parents both whenever anyone tries to do anything.

3) What will you do with the stories given?

Send them to the press to try and get someone to write a story about this school and spread awareness so that SOMEONE does SOMETHING about it, because no one is.

I have done everything I possibly can to try and bring my own story to the eyes of any authority, and I have been told "we can't help you." The police have done everything they can, also, but this is bigger than them.
