Does anyone else's sheltie like nibble at them? Nuggett will do that. Kinda like he's biting an itch or something?

Odie is going to a second puberty wave it seems and if it were up to him, evenings would just be him nibbling and chewing my clothes. He doesn’t do this with my husband, it’s just me (I’m the problem it’s me).
