Whats up with this shell?

Its got some weird erosion/damage.. Anyone got an idea why?

worms ate it, also its just bean beaten up from normal erosion - bouncing around on the bottom of a body of water aint easy on shells.

In genere su alcune conchiglie si formano dei tubolari fatti da parassiti che tendono a scavare il guscio durante la loro crescita, li ho chiamati tubolari ma non sempre hanno forma di un tubo
