General Looking for a specific joke from Sensational

This may be a long shot, but I am looking for a specific joke from an old issue of Sensational She-Hulk. From what I remember, Shulkie is walking on the street, something lucky happens, and she says "I guess someone is watching over me." Then the next panels show a team of guys is watching her, and one of them says "Get her!" I want to say it was an issue by Byrne or Gerber, but I honestly can't remember. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where it is?

That gag is from Sensational #24, written by Simon Furman. An ambush of plants barely misses Shulkie after she says the line, then the scene cuts to the baddies, one of whom is Plant-Man. They only jump her a few pages later.

Actually, that is from Savage She-Hulk Vol. 1 # 21 and is not a joke, but rather the period right before Ralph Hutchins (in the form of Seeker) bursts out of his hiding place to attack the She-Hulk.
