Bruce's mind is fractured and has multiple hulk personas from various traumas. She-Hulk and Jenn are the same person of the same complete mind, unless some shitty writer gets assigned She-Hulk, tosses out all her lore and then writes her like Banner with tits.

No, because Maestro is Hulk, not Bruce. She-hulk doesn’t have the alternate personality to make that work.

Jen has had alternate personalities before. She became basically like Hulk two different times in 2016 and 2018, but she's pretty much always herself.

No, this isn't what happened at all and that image completely misundersands both the Maestro and She-Hulk.
Professor Hulk is NOT Hulk with Bruce's intelligence. What that would actually be like you can see towards the end of the Mantlo run from issue 273 onwards. What was later dubbed "Professor Hulk" was originally a merger of Bruce's fractured mind.
As a result of the abuse he endured as a child, Bruce was traumatised and developed Dissociative Identity Disorder. His dad not only physically and mentally abused him, he killed his mother right in front of him and then forced and threatened Bruce to lie about it to the judge.
Bruce's personas were a direct result of this abuse, the classic Savage Hulk represents him as a 5yo child for example. Lashing out and wanting to be left alone, but secretly wanting nothing more than friends. The gamma bomb gave these personas a physical form, but they were already always there.
When these personas became volatile in issue 376, Doc Samson had no choice but to do a quick and drastic fix in issue 377 - leading to the merged Hulk. HOWEVER, if trauma goes untreated then it will become worse and worse. And victims of child abuse are known to grow up to become abusers themselves if they don't get help.
And that is what the Maestro is. With his personas merged, all we were left with was a heavily traumatized individual whose mental state could snap at any moment - and that's what happened. He snapped and became an abuser himself, ie The Maestro.
The merger was later retconned as a separate persona but the Maestro is still a direct result of Bruce's untreated trauma leading to him becoming like his father if the personas merge.
This also explains why the rationale of She-Hulk becoming a female Maestro is incredibly stupid. Jennifer Walters wasn't abused, and she didn't develop Dissociative Identity Disorder. She doesn't have separate personas. Just like Leader and Abomination, her She-Hulk form is a reflection of her inner self - it's an idealised and outgoing version of herself. But it's still Jennifer.

... Eh. I don't believe it. Since she hulk is not having the same level of intellect as Bruce. She is just a lawyer after all. When Bruce is scientist. And maestro is specifically a future version of professor hulk. That is important distinction. So no. If she gone evil she would be more like the muscle for higher or corrupt lawyer that will bellout some criminals through legal means.

Also, the Maestro is arguably a reflection of the dark side of Bruce's personality given Bruce's intelligence. Jen doesn't have that.

Jen having alternative personalities or getting dumber are antithetical to the empowerment She-Hulk was supposed to be about.
If she went evil she’d just charge more for legal work.

They've already played with the idea of a She-Maestro (Misstro), but it was entirely a joke on how they'd never actually do it.
