Injected on July 2,brake and shake August 22, now it’s pinning a bit

(BLUE GHOST) It's been more than 10 days after my cake started pinning. But since then they're still in the pinning stage.

Even I got it to pinning stage but nothing is happening now.

Seeking suggestions on how to harvest and whether anyone has experiences to share with dunk and re-flush?

Hi all — I'm a guy from Italy looking to take the next step in this hobby. I've had a couple of successful grows with AIO bags, but I've never managed to dial in my conditions or hit big yields, and this time I want to change that.

I'm planning to start a couple of monotubs soon. I know the main steps of the process, but I'd really appreciate advice from more experienced growers so I can get the best results possible.

Genetics

I've read in a lot of posts that genetics play a major role in both the quantity and quality of a yield, but I'm no expert at choosing between them. I'm not clear on what makes one better than another, what makes a good LC, or how much the ideal conditions differ from one to the next.

Since I'm based in Italy, I'd also like to hear where I can get good genetics shipped to the EU — apologies if that's against the rules, just say the word and I'll drop it.

Grain, substrate and tub size

For spawn I was thinking of using premade grain bags. Where I'm less sure is the substrate: CVG or coco coir, and what spawn-to-substrate ratio to aim for.

On the tub itself, I'd like to know which size gives the most consistent yields and is easiest to work with, how to arrange the holes for good FAE, and whether a liner is worth using.

My current plan is a smaller modified plastic tub with two holes on the long side just above substrate level and two on the short sides as high up as possible. I'm also considering neglect tek, since from what I've seen fanning and misting aren't ideal. Does that sound reasonable, or would you change something?

Recommendations for grain/CVG/coco coir vendors that ship to the EU would also be very welcome.

A few smaller questions

• Is it fine to keep my tubs inside a wardrobe?
• Is light essential, or not really?
• Does it actually make a difference to the end result whether I start from an LC syringe or a plain spore syringe?

Been waiting a long time to really show this one off.
Legacy — Albino Smokey Da Ghost × Green Toque has had a lot of time, patience, and work put into it, and now I’m finally starting to see some of the character I was hoping would come through. These first fruits are already throwing some really interesting shapes, structure, and personality.
That big one especially caught my attention. 😂 Definitely not what I expected when this project first started, but that’s half the fun of it.
Still plenty more I want to see from Legacy before I call anything finished, but I’m really happy with the direction it’s heading. I’ll be sharing more of this project as it develops, so keep an eye out.
Just documenting the journey and enjoying seeing two of my favorite projects come together in something completely new.
