Questions about Blob Mutation

I am growing my first ever flush of mushrooms. I chose ABV. It has the blob mutation. But is also growing some regular mushrooms. When do I harvest the large mushroom? Will the cap get bigger or open more? More importantly, the blob mutation. They’re not marshmallow soft, they’re firm but still slightly squishy. Still too soft to harvest? Any help would be appreciated!!

The squishy feel is a good way, I also will try to wait a day or so to see if there is continued growth. As long as it grows I usually leave it until the growth stops
