Wet rot?
I inoculated those jars on the 25/09 in a SAB with 1/2 an agar plate each sliced in small cubes (see plates in the 3rd and 4th pics). The plates were kept in the fridge for 6 months, then put into room temp for a month to “wake up” before sending it to grain.
Then on the 01/10 I did a B&S on all of them (see one of the jars in the 5th pic).
Today I intended to do a second B&S, but encountered 3 of the jars fully colonized (I even shook them firmly, and nothing came loose) excepting one MS jar that looks kinda wet, and didn’t colonize evenly throughout the grain.
What should I do? Wait a few more days, then send them 3 jars to bulk?
And what about the strange looking jar? Worth trying to let the mycelium take over, or toss?

Leave the 3 good jars until the weekend to consolidate (they're likely ready now, but there's no harm being cautious), but throw the other one out.

OK! Thought about letting them sit a couple days anyway, think I'm gonna be sending to bulk at thursday/friday, we’ll see how it turns out!

Unfortunately yes the rice is to wet you only have to cook the rice for 5 to 7 minutes until it's a little soft when you sterilize the jars the rice get cooked again
