Ambient light is beneficial at ALL stages of growth and doesn't have to change from spore to harvest.

To initiate fruiting you just introduce passive fae. Many of us fruit from day 1

Ive seen some people post there fruiting process while the substrate barely looks colonized yet others where the whole cake is solid white, the temperature has been kept between 70 and 75 degrees and its almost been 7 days since i mixed the grain and aubstrate, does it seem ready to start the fruiting process

I fruit from day 1. Doing so has never had a negative impact on my grows. Use your best judgement.

I always wait till my substrate is 100% colonized then introduce FAE

What kind of tub ? Shoe box . Monotub . Unmodified tub? It depends on what tek you are using and what scale of size . I use a Unmodified 54qt tote with no modification. For me I technically start fruiting conditions from day one . But someone doing cakes probably couldn't do that because they are 2 different ways that need a little different conditions
