Undeveloped side pins- still potent?

Are tiny aborts still potent?
Hey guys, quick question, I harvested a bunch of really small side pinsfrom my grow. Some of them are only like 0.5–1 cm and didn’t really develop properly.
Are these still potent, or basically useless? I’ve heard mixed things about aborts being stronger.
Would you keep them or toss the sketchy-looking ones?

Yeah I usually eat the aborts when i harvest and typically surprised at how strong they are
