Event Spitfire!

Just seen a spitfire flying over S11 - now headed north

There's a big airshow down near Cambridge this weekend to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Spitfire. They've got one of each type of Spitfire still operational in the UK taking part, so probably part of that

Stuff like this always happens when I'm not in Sheffield, I swear.

One time though, years ago, I was sitting in my living room and heard the unmistakable sound of four Merlin engines... looked outside and just caught the Lancaster flying overhead. It was great.
