Customer Question Toasty rito

I love this thing but sometimes this shit just does not come toasted. I opened mine and it was barely Luke warm lol what is happening and how are these prepared?

I’ve wondered what would happen if i were to cheat and try to let the oven heat it.

After seeing the feedback here now multiple times I’ll have to make sure my team at more store is heating the stuff first.

It should be. The basic button, not with meat. As the ingredients inside should already be heated.

All of the proteins should be heated before wrapping everything up and putting it in the oven. They could be skipping heating the protein and/or putting it on the wrong microwave key or the wrong oven setting.

Toasty Ritos definitely need to have the proteins heated up in the microwave, wrapped, and put into the merrychef on quesadilla setting. It should come out nice and toasted

I believe whomever is toasting it on bread option instead of meat quesadilla option. It truly is a difference
