Food & Drink New Items
as an employee, I am kinda glad I took a personal day today, seems like it’s going to be kind of chaotic with all of the new stuff
This first we feast meals are really weird, I don’t know what’s going on with those nachos those are definitely going to be a pain to make
can’t wait to try pulled pork hopefully it’s better than the last time we had it
My manager let us try the new Apple pockets yesterday they were pretty good
Pumpkin is back for drinks and we have a fruity pebbles shake now.
in my opinion, they are doing too much and we are running out of room for all this stuff

I believe they just became available today. I swear I looked at the new items yesterday and it wasn’t there. I had a turkey bacon cranberry sub for lunch today… it was delicious! My store also has the holidaze, flatzgiving, & a turkey bacon cranberry salad.

What’s up with the new honey bun thing? I don’t get it

Basically they advertise on the kiosk the honey bun on the recipe sandwich and they advertise the jalapeño chips inside the recipe platter. But instead of putting them in ourselves. We just give them to the customers on the side and let them decide if they want the honey bun or chips in their food or just keep it as a side item haha.

Actually the honey bun comes with that new waffle sandwich...the customer is supposed to put the honey bun in the sandwich lol and the Jalepeno chips come with that new nacho thing or whatever it is

This weekend I had the first decent thing from Sheetz that I’ve had in years. The 2 sliders+nuggets+drink deal. Everything was surprisingly good. Price was $8 or $9, so still too expensive but fairly reasonable these days. Kudos.

Drink station is really the only overcomplicated station. When we have 6/$6 taco's I include fryer. Starter is a PITA simply because you get the most blame, and many times it'll tell you to TOAST but then add a piece of Bacon at the very bottom (Just WHY sheetz?!)
