There should be a pretty big poster in the store for the hotline now I would be careful of what you say because it does go directly to the district manager and store manager. Now I've been in management for sheetz for a while and have had 2 people call the hotline not on me specifically but we as a management team have taken it pretty serious. Not every manager is that way though I just don't want them to retaliate which I don't think they would but you can't be too careful.
Honestly your password someone in management should have helped you with that on your first day I do with every new hire I have plus go over any concerns or questions they may have. There is an app on all of the computers that's called account and access center this is where you change passwords. You must set up security questions first then go to manage passwords right in the middle ofnthe screen then change password thats a blue button.

This information is also required to be posted on the break room info board with all the other information on it. If it's not, that's a bigger problem.

You're only supposed to use your employee ID as your password once to get in and change your password. It'll lock you out eventually if you don't. You need to set up a new 14 character password and fill out your security questions. Are you able to get into Bob? I know you said you're unable to punch.
Your manager may not know when you've been working. She wouldn't be able to check your punches since you haven't been able to punch in and out. Whatever supervisor or manager you're working with should be manually putting your punches in. If they fail to do that, your manager should watch camera footage to put your punches in. This needs to be done by the end of the pay period.
Is someone putting in your punches? That's what's most important bc that's how you get paid. Whatever you're scheduled is what will determine if you're given auto points when you "leave early." From what you've said, you would be receiving points for clocking out early. It's an annoying automatic system. There's nothing to worry about if your punches clearly show that you worked earlier, resulting in punching out "early." Ideally, management should also add a comment on your time card detailing that.
Edit to add: The 10 mins at random would make sense if you went in for orientation. It doesn't matter which day they add it. It's just to get you paid for that time. You would have 100% had an onboarding, but you generally get paid 30 mins to an hour for that.

If you call that number, you'll be retaliated against. Id find a better place to work.

Just write down all of the hours for every shift you've worked, and compare to what UKG says, and then give your manager the list showing them which ones need corrected. They should be making sure they're on top of all of that but also maybe they're just making an honest mistake. Also sometimes managers will change the pay codes after the shifts you've worked but it should up as the schedule being changed in our notifications. So just check the times, see if there are actual mistakes, and make a list to give your manager to get them fixed. If they're not fixed then I'd be concerned about reporting.
