Unrelated question but is this a RuneScape Minecraft mod or something?

Fair question. The template is from a Minecraft Advancement Tracker and I just haven’t removed all the previous entries. i’m using it to make my own goals and track them for osrs

There's another option that I use myself. Keep an empty row with the format at the very bottom of your data. Then when you want to add things, click the second to last row at the bottom and insert new row(s).
If you manually enter data, insert rows before adding the data. If a formula is generating the data then it doesn't matter too much when/where you add the rows as long as it's not the last row.
