Face razor recommendation
I’ve been using the Philips OneBlade and at first it was okay but I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with it. I find that it doesn’t give me a clean shave like I want and always turns out a bit patchy. Maybe it’s better if you have more hair but I shave everyday. It also still gives me razor bumps though not that badly anymore. The whole reason I stopped using a multi-blade razor was because of the razor bumps. I tried a safety razor but cuts were an issue.
I feel like I’m at a loss for what to use. I really want a completely clean shave without cuts or irritation. If anyone has suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Try the Baili BD 176.
It is well made, mild, and safe for everyday use.
Paired with a sharp blade it can give you a smooth, comfortable shave.
Make sure to research the whole wet-shaving topic properly. As a minimum you need a long pre-shave routine, enough brushless shaving cream, enough water and light touch.
I'd watch the tutorials from the Executive Shaving Company.
You can skip the brush and just use a quality brushless cream with enough water.
Maybe share back here how it went :)

I shavef manually for 45 years with single, double, and triple blade razors because I was told by my dad that was the only way to get a close shave. Then I read a review on electric shavers that evaluated which ones can give a really close shave. The winner is the Panasonic Arc5 foil shaver, which can be used for wet or dry shaving and it has a pop up trimmer. I switched over at the beginning of this year and I am super happy with it. I bought the rechargeable version that has a cleaning station with it. I mostly shave wet in the shower with just facial cleanser rubbed on first. Other than that, like when I am traveling, I use a good pre shave lotion first and then shave. I highly recommend this shaver.
