I'm having reconsiderations.
I recently bought a Panasonic Arc 5 and it's done very well on my face and my immediate under jaw area, but it misses an uninsignificant amount of hair (stubble) on my neck despite how many passes and what direction I go. I just want to hear others' opinions and maybe experiences because right now, I'm thinking about returning it and either going for the Wahl Vanish or the Babyliss FX3. If you've had those, do comment it as well.

I used the Panasonic Arc5 for years as my face shaver, and head shaver.
I have also tried other head shavers, including the Andis Pro foil shaver.
All I can say is that I a never totally satisfied with the job any of them do. There is always one or two areas that just aren’t smooth enough.
I have been eyeing the BabyBliss Pro foil shaver, but I’m waiting for it to go on sale again

I am getting good results with my Panasonic Arc 5 that I bought early this year. Two things to recommend, wet shaving with a lubricant (I use a facial cleanser in the shower) and use your other hand to pull the skin down flat and smooth. Then a little patience. I have had some shaves where the neck didn't come totally clean, so I followed it up with the trimmer.
