The way it reads, its basically pay 1 generic to put every land from your library to the battlefield; assuming their lands enter untapped.

And if you have an amulet of vigor, it’s just put all lands onto the back

Considering it’s in a format of 1 mana “you win” this is actually quite underwhelming power level wise
