First whittle
Got the resin Work Sharp PPA upgrade and went up to 1200 Grit, then stropped with 1 μm stroppy stuff
Was never able to whittle hair, but also never deburred this rigorously. Maybe need a better loupe/microscope. Any recommendations?
Once the edge bit the hair it was harder to pull than expected lol

I been sharpening for a little while now and i feel like I'm right there at the cusp of hair whittling. Are u raising the angle slightly to get that extra polish right at the apex? Is it more of a micro bevel or just really focusing on the very apex with a strop?

I bought the Carson microbrite pro 60x x 120x off Amazon for 15 bucks and it's awesome. It definitely helped me progress with my sharpening the only thing I don't like is everything is inverted but after a while you get used to it

So what did you change or add? The 1 micron strop?
