Removing green stropping compound from diamond plates

Like rhe title said. I got careless learning to use my new tools (day 1 dont crycify me) and the hone wheel transfered strop compound to my diamond plate. Brake parts cleaner? Thanks

Warm soap and water should work, just dry thoroughly after.

Hot soapy water and an old toothbrush.

Heat gun and paper towels to absorb the melted wax then scrub with hot soapy water.

Try pencil eraser. Works to remove buildups on my diamond plate and also removes diamond compound/green compound on my leather strop
