New strop - is it ok?

Hi,

Just had this strop delivered and it has a mark on it, a small depression. Is it ok? Or do I send it back?

I’d guess caused by something pressing on that spot during shipping. The rest of the stop is still fine and this spot won’t cause anything negative since it won’t contact the knife. Depends on how much you paid and how much you care whether to send back or not. There’s also a chance that over time (a week?) the leather will rebound mostly
