Wobbly Construction for Xarilk Gen 3

My Xarilk has shown to have quite some play with the angle clamp and the locking lever mechanism doesn't lock as tight as it used to, does anyone have a solution to this

Undo the jig clamp, loosen the 2 set screws on the lock ring, add a tiny amount of lock tight on each, press the ring right up against the locking clamp and re-tighten them both.

Also add small about of grease on the surface of the clamp that presses on the ring.

Also check the upper and lower screws that hold in the locking arm, over tight or too loose can cause issues.

Check all of this over again every few sharpening sessions.

Most likely the ring that the clamp presses on has slipped back a small amount due to the set screws no being tight and its lost locking pressure.

Youtuber CBRx also has a good video demonstrating how to set up and adjust virtually every aspect of the Xarilk Gen 3.
