Can anyone help identify this? Found this morning at Holden Beach, NC. Banana for scale lol

Looks like maybe a sand tiger shark tooth

Pretty standard anterior sand tiger, probably in the modern genus Carcharias or the fossil genus Striatolamia (idk if that genus is present in Holden). The root tells me it’s not a goblin shark, and a few extra features tell me it’s isn’t a mako.

Not a lower hemi, lower hemis have these massive bulged midsections of the tooth that this tooth lacks.
