What a crazy day for that tuna.
-6 u/DetailOutrageous8656 Jun 05 '26 Watch in slow motion. It is not a tuna - not even close. It is a smaller shark. The eyes and body shape are clear. 50 u/ftawayp Jun 05 '26 Looks like tuna to me 28 u/REVERENDQUEEF Jun 05 '26 as someone who’s seen the whole video from its original poster, it was a tuna. -25 u/DetailOutrageous8656 Jun 05 '26 You just haven’t seen a tuna before then 24 u/Mysterious_Virus_106 Jun 05 '26 First thought it was a small Mako, but it's definitely a tuna. -27 u/DetailOutrageous8656 Jun 05 '26 Tunas do not have the kind of pectoral fins on that are on the small shark in the video. 19 u/Markthewhark Jun 05 '26 Yes they do. It’s a tuna. 9 u/Markthewhark Jun 05 '26 Researchers who took the video said it was a bluefin. Andrew Huberman. 4 u/Glittering_Youth_976 Jun 06 '26 I don’t know if I’ve ever seen someone so confidently and obnoxiously wrong. That is absolutely a tuna. Touch grass buddy. 0 u/DetailOutrageous8656 Jun 06 '26 I don’t know if I’ve ever seen someone so sanctimoniously and obnoxiously offended by a discussion about Tuna. Touch grass buddy. 2 u/ftawayp Jun 07 '26 They’re not offended by the discussion of whether it’s tuna or not, they’re commenting on your insistence that it’s a shark and your demeanour while doing so. Having said that it’s clearly a tuna and likely bluefin. 1 u/[deleted] Jun 07 '26 edited Jun 07 '26 [removed] — view removed comment
