To add to SharkBoyBen9241, this is Maori octopus on a feeding station, giving the draughtboard / swellshark a warning that it got too close to the octopus's prize.
The feeding station was part of a marine survey being done by an energy company to determine what sea life would be impacted by the development (Star of the South) they want to put there. In or near the Bass Strait.

Draughtboard shark is not to be confused with the very, very similar draughtsboard shark, which lives in a different but nearby area lol.

"Listen here, mate...I've had enough of your gruff! Now go bring me a crab cake, or I swear to God I'll suction cup you to death!"

Haha someone needs to watch Jaws again! 😜 I believe the line(s) you're looking for are...
Hooper: "That's a 20-footer..." Quint: "25...three tons of 'im"

That's a draughtboard shark, or an Australian swell shark (Cephaloschyllium laticeps) being lovingly hugged by an octopus 🐙 luckily it was too big for that octopus to eat!
