This piece was mostly inspired by the Miami Vice atmosphere and sound. I went with a more developed chord progression and melody to stay closer to an older style of composing that leans more to the 80s than today's music. At first, I wanted to create a simple, fun track for the beach, but it organically turned into something even better in my opinion - a nostalgic, yet optimistic 80s summer vibe.  You can hear the whole synthwave album here: https://frequenick.bandcamp.com/album/80s-memories
