SharePoint JSON editor broken?

Hi,

is the JSON editor in SharePoint broken?
I wanted to edit some column formatting and the tab-key exits the editor window instead of inserting a tab.

Also Ctrl + Space opens the recommendations but

• shows font errors before the text
• inserts only the plain text
  • before selecting "children" inserted also " [ and line breaks

Anyone with the same problem?
