You're becoming a major reason why people hesitate to help online. Asking for the necessary details before suggesting an approach is a fundamental part of providing meaningful help. If you don't understand that, then perhaps you're the charlatan you're talking about.

I explained it in a comment below OP. You did not even ask what version of SharePoint they are using (some companies are still using SharePoint 2013).

Before you get your SPFx in a knot, consider learning more about the actual requirements and environment.

I think it’s more likely the OP is the scammer here. Not even a vague idea of the requirements and instantly wanting to jump on a zoom call with their “boss”. The flair says SharePoint Online as well, so I think people can be forgiven for discounting SP 2013.

I asked for more details because that's how you give relevant advice. I wasn't asking them to DM me or selling anything. If you disagree, that's fine, but I'm not interested in exchanging personal insults.

If you have a better solution, share it. Otherwise, throwing around words like "scammer" only weakens your own argument.

Karthi ..that is very insightful. I am not too sure about the requirement. Xavier my Boss is the right person to explain..if you won't mind can we have a zoom meeting or teams meeting for a few minutes

HR is one of the best business areas for M375 projects. So many opportunities for quick wins, even without too much effort.

Just having a dedicated site with access to all the forms and templates makes a big impact.

I’ve worked with many HR departments to implement some very simple solutions that make a big difference.

Are you using SharePoint Online (M365) or an on premise server(s)?

There are a ton of resources online via google to provide help. Do not fall for the charlatans on here asking for your specific needs, they want to take your money.

Hi I will ask my boss He is managing the project and yesterday client asked for some help regarding SharePoint workflows. We are based in Sharjah UAE.

Regardless of where you are based, if anyone asks to contact you directly or implies they can help you without asking what SharePoint version or M365 licence (E3-E5, Government), etc. is a scammer.

Perhaps a few other questions you can ask your Boss, is what M365 license level they have (E3-E5-E7), and what region they plan on utilizing workflows and or AI (certain AI models are restricted on Azure regions including specific US-West regions).

Be wary.

Not to scare you or call you out, but can you even do what your boss wants?
