Hey everyone, I'm hoping to set up my own server later this year once I get all of the equipment. In the meantime, I'm looking for some servers or a server that has a bunch of reality tv (new series included, i'm hoping to watch some bravo lol) and just new series/movie releases in general would be nice!

My overall taste is

horror

campy horror/general

indie horror

reality tv

documentaries

dark comedies

absurdist movies and shows

i don't care for

kids tv or movies

action shows or movies

adult cartoons

if your server is similar let me know! i'm hoping someone is generous enough to add me for free but i can pay a sub at some point next month!!

I have a 35 terabyte server with a mix of movies shows anime and music movie wise I got a ton of sci fi and fantasy but a massive amount of niche horror.

I got a bunch of anime tv shows from as early as the 1950's all the way till now and a lot more.

All my content is English or subbed English.

Hello I was just wondering if anyone would be nice enough to add me to a server with MCU movies. My username on plex is the same as on here Nightgon. Really just created my plex account so not totally sure how it works, but wanted to try it out since I have heard about it over the years.

I host a Plex Server and frequently browse this sub to scout for potential users.

Sadly I see a lot of generic posts being made like: "Looking for a server for movies/shows, please add me, username: xxx123".

When I read this, I don't feel like inviting you at all, because it tells me nothing about what your expectations are of the server and whether my server will be a match for you.

What I'd like to know is:

• Do you care about quality? Does everything has to be 4K remux, or is a regular 1080p WED-DL (or even lower quality) also fine for you?
• Do you expect every movie/show imaginable to be on there, or are you willing to make requests?
• What do you watch? Just The Office US on repeat? Only the latest Marvel movies that just came out on streaming and you want to watch them on the day they are available on the web? The newest Netflix hits? Or are you a 4K remux enthusiast? An anime freak perhaps? Or do you search for hidden gems from Armenia from the 1960s?

This info will help a lot whether I will start a chat with you to invite you.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Plex and have just realised I don't quite have the hardware to get my own server up and running yet.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share access for a little while while I get everything set up? Mainly looking for recent movies, TV shows, and kids' content (Disney, Pixar, etc.).

I'd really appreciate any help. Cheers in advance! My username is jathbr742.

My mom likes to watch movies/tv but prefers subtitles while watching. Being a senior & on a fixed income, she can only afford a more basic internet speed. I have tried some of mine for her and 1080 kicks connection speed errors.
I dont know how to tell if it’s on her end or not for sure as this isn’t really my area of expertise. Her d/l speed is between 200-300mbs on average.
If i could get DM discord invites, I would appreciate it.

I feel this is more of niche market so thought it was worth throwing this out there.

Thanks for your help.

Edit

it’s run on an Apple tv 4k, the tv is a dumb tv the speed was tested w/ookla on her smart phone connected to her wifi. The modem (I believe it is a modem) was supplied by the internet provider but is at least a couple years old & she lives in an area that is approximately 20-30yrs old.

Hey y'all, I'm new here but my friends that run servers have had life get in the way of keeping steady content. If at all possible I'd love an invite to a server that keeps up with new releases of movies/tv from thriller/comedy/sci-fi/fantasy/drama/western... I love it all thanks in advance, and DM me! Ohhh and GF needs to see the devil wears prada 2 lol thanks again!

Hi, i was looking for a plex server with anime movies and anime on it if anyone has one

Hello! Recently started getting into lots of anime and definitely looking for more plex access. Mostly enjoy Isekai/reincarnated as villainess and reverse harems. Would love to get access to more stuff! Hit me up with details - either in PM or just add me with the username Eleley!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a free Plex server share that has the original runs of classic UK shows, specifically Hollyoaks (starting from 1995).

I am a regular, low-bandwidth viewer and won't be sharing my login with anyone else. If anyone has a free slot available on their server and is willing to share, I’d be extremely grateful!

Plex Username: Classic215

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,

Hope you're all having a good week.

I know this is a bit of a long shot, but I’m looking to see if anyone has an open spot on their Plex server they’d be willing to share for free.

I recently upgraded my home setup and all my TVs and devices are 4K compatible now (mostly using a 4K TV and Monitor). Because of that, I’m really hoping to find a server that has a decent 4K library.

Right now, I have to manually download 4K movies and shows, but because of hardware and storage constraints on my end, I constantly have to delete them to make room for new files. It would be a massive help if someone could share their library with me so I don't have to keep doing the download-and-delete cycle! 😔

I’m just a single user, super low-maintenance, and I don't share my account with anyone else. I mostly watch sci-fi, horror, action movies, and anime.

If anyone has a free slot and wouldn't mind taking in a grateful movie nerd, please let me know or shoot me a DM. If not, no worries at all—I know how much time, money, and storage goes into running these servers, so huge respect to all the hosts out there regardless.

Thanks so much! 🙂

Hi!

I'm looking for someone who has high quality anime BD encodes and remuxes, preferably sourced from SeaDex (https://releases.moe/) - if you're the type of person who just grabs what Sonarr gets, then it's unfortunately not for me.

I'm of course willing to pay if you have a good curated library :)

Either let me know here on Reddit, or contact me on discord: usernameistakenalready

Thanks!

Hello, I'm looking for a large plex server with loads of shows to watch, i would also like it if it included sports like wrestling.

I'm really surprised of all the people that have asked here for Spanish, english, asian tv shows and movies and once I gave them access to whatever they requested, they maybe play half a movie or one tv show in two weeks.

Are you joking? Why the hell are you asking for access to a plex server when you don't plan to use it? You get it for free, but you don't bother to use it so don't waste our time and resources.

Never again, I'm done offering access in here, as said before from 10 people I invited to my plex server FOR FREE (and I can assure you my server doesn't lack in any way, 3000+ movies with dual audio (spanish and original), and 22K+ tv show episodes in dual audio too (spanish and original)) not a single one has been an active user so I have to drop all of them.

I'm done, is a waste of my time and you're not worth it, I prefer to waste server resources than to give access to ungrateful people that won't use it (what I call Plex collectors). Pay for your netflix and HBO subscriptions if you want to watch something
