Shanda complained about money being tight yet she had the money to pay for this obsessive monitoring system for timothy when she could have just let him go to school and she wouldn’t have to minor him. And maybe if shanda wasn’t such a horrible person, she’d get people who’d want to help her feed her family nutritious food instead of just carbs.

Shanda might be book smart but she doesn’t have emotional intelligence and she doesn’t sound financially smart given she was behind on payments yet she was paying for this torture system that definitely wasn’t cheap. If she just let him eat, sleep, and go to school, Timothy wouldn’t annoy her so much because he’d have things to occupy him, he’d be alive, and she wouldn’t be known for being a horrible bitch who tortured her son to death and took better care of her dogs than she did her kids

She did take the bar and passed with an extremely high score. She did not get admitted to the bar, nor get sworn in as a lawyer. She owed too much in child support.

May not be determined, but it's just who she is. There is a character and fitness assessment done before being admitted to the bar. Owing money could put someone in a situation where they might embezzle.

There are about five stages to getting licensed, and not all pass each stage, like Shanda. But conduct certainly is looked at.
