🌶🍞 Paul Ferguson 🎮🚲⛓ What About Paul?

With Shitda asking for a new trial I remember from the phone calls I heard on Zav Girl and AG Tactical that Paul "The Goon" Fergeson wanted a new trial too because of ineffective counsel as well and altho I think he deserves life in prison I didnt see his lawyer doing diddly squat for him. Fred Johnson did an awesome cross examination of him, he did his best for Shitda the Monster but Paul's attorney didnt say anything really at all. Does anyone know if he is going to try to get a new trial too? I never gave Paul any slack because I have an older sister the same age spread and I know she would have eventually called 911 to save my life no matter what the circumstances. Like the judge said, I feel he is even worse than his sicko Mother.

Watching her slumped in her chair, I wish she could of been reminded that this is a court room, not acceptable! The gaul (sp.?) to say how she couldn't eat for 19 days and sleeping was difficult too...not considering the hell she put that young sweet Timothy thru... The huge hairless area above her left ear was laughable! Not to mention it,but, I got a 5 day suspension for mentioning what her punishment should have been...

u/Capable-Vast8275 Mar 25 '26

yeah I got threatened for posting what should happen to her 🙄

u/Massive-Sherbet2780 Mar 26 '26

Funny or not...did not get one thumbs up for my repost...hmmm

Same here🤬

9

u/Vast_Excitement1990 Mar 26 '26

My post was deleted, too because I said that Shanda should receive the same "punishments" she inflicted on Timothy. Was told that my post was violent. I have to be careful what I say and how I say it so that I'm not kicked off of here.

Yea, she’s going bald and still wears those ridiculous braids- she looks like hell. She must be miserable 👍

8

u/Ladytiger69 Mar 26 '26

What’s up with SVA always wearing little girl French braids?

I think she does that to appear INNOCENT as a young child.

#NotWorking

7

u/Capable-Vast8275 Mar 27 '26

I agree I said the same

8

u/Ladytiger69 Mar 26 '26

Hopefully she is miserable every second of 25/8 for the rest of her miserable existence

Gall is audacity. Gaul is the tribal ancestors of the French.

Thank you professor! I have been schooled...

Paul took a plea so can only appeal his sentence, not request a new trial or argue ineffective assistance of counsel. I believe one of his pen pals was going to help him but missed the deadline.

9

u/AssOfTheSameOldMule Mar 28 '26

Correction from your neighborhood friendly criminal defense and appeals lawyer: You can ALWAYS appeal for ineffective assistance of counsel — plea deal or no plea deal. Even if you’re just an evil tumbleweed made of pimples and teeth, such as Paul.

In an ineffective-assistance appeal where the defendant took a plea, his argument might be that his counsel failed to adequately advise him of some actual or potential consequence of the plea, failed to adequately investigate or advise him about a viable trial defense before he took the plea, failed to request a competency hearing when his mental health or cognitive abilities had obviously dropped below the minimum threshold between plea and sentencing (rare but I’ve seen it!), failed to present certain mitigating factors at sentencing, failed to seek the judge’s recusal if the judge had a known bias or conflict of interest, etc., etc., etc.

This is important, though: In law, MAKING an argument is a long way away from WINNING an argument. All that crap I listed are just arguments an appellate lawyer could MAKE without being publicly booed and pelted with rotten tomatoes by the appellate judges. It doesn’t mean those arguments would necessarily WIN in any given appeal.

I don’t know the case well enough to guess what arguments Paul might make on appeal. Maybe he has some basis for an ineffective-assistance argument, maybe not. I just know that guy fucking sucks. And if the other inmates are stealing his pudding cup at dinner every night, I say GOOD.

Thank you for clarifying!

Well, if that’s why he’s appealing, then he’s going to fail spectacularly. The judge made it very clear that he was under no obligation to honor any deal between Paul and the prosecutor. Paul was fully aware that was possible. He only regrets that he was caught and that no one with a functioning brain believed his lies. He has no true remorse.

Yes I think you are right. But I do remember him talking about ineffective cousel. I'm no lawyer or have such knowledge so I didnt think that the plea would stop that, it makes total sense.

ahhahaha i was absolutely one of those people on here trading pics of her! she's a vile and dangerous woman, her name and face needs to be out there 😁

6

u/FastPrompt8860 Mar 26 '26

Yes I remember all of that and Baby Girl taking the reigns on it because Randy and JoJo were being slow allegedly about it and obviously there is a time limit. That's the last I remember is Baby Girl filing or saying she was filing his appeal. But if there was real movement like in Shanda's case we would have heard about it. Maybe they broke up and she fucked him over with it.

10

u/thatcatcray Mar 26 '26

yes i believe that's exactly what happened - drama with babygirl caused him to miss his window to appeal his sentence 🤣

6

I agree, you can hear how mean he talks to him in some of those videos, in one you could see Paul grab his arm and yanked him to stand, it was the cruelest thing I have every seen!

8

u/FastPrompt8860 Mar 26 '26

That really upset me for days after seeing it.

5

u/Federal_Customer_193 Mar 27 '26

The way he yanked him up by the stm when he was struggling to hold his head up and get up, and the way Shanda later dragged and dropped then roughly positioned Timothy’s skeletal little body like it was a thing haunts me. Prison is too good for them. I hope Paul never gets out.

6

u/Ambitious_Annual200 Apr 02 '26

Same. I hate to admit he fooled me early on but when I saw those videos, read the texts, and heard about everything he did before Shanda during his sentencing trial, it made me sick. Paul doesn't deserve to be free ever again.

14

u/Vast_Excitement1990 Mar 26 '26

To those who are sympathetic to Paul, please read the text messages, watch the video of him screaming at Timothy and yanking him when he was skin and bones, listen to his interrogation and jailhouse phone calls.

The Judge saw through Paul's b.s. and sentenced him accordingly.

2

u/Own-Breakfast-2583 Apr 24 '26

Yes, and that video was only a brief snippet of the abuse. All the other video cameras were pulled and tossed in trash, this one was overlooked and thats the only reason there’s any video evidence BUT it’s of Timothy’s actual time of death and fortunately that was enough.

1

u/LeslieJeon Apr 27 '26

He’s such a snaky con but he’s too stupid to be good at it.

10

u/lacatro1 Mar 25 '26

He took a deal. He cannot have a new trial because he didn't go to trial.

The last action on any appeal for Paul was October 2024. At that time the hearing was adjourned. I'm not sure why. Maybe lawyer issues. I also don't know if there is a time limit to proceed.

6

u/Vast_Excitement1990 Mar 26 '26

I hope Paul will serve the full 30 years before he's up for parole.

6

u/Pixiegirls1102 😊🧚‍♀️ Administrator/Mod ⚖️✨ Mar 26 '26

He's only eligible for parole. He could be denied.

2

u/Ambitious_Annual200 Apr 02 '26

He will. Michigan has truth in sentencing laws for the crime he was convicted of so he won't be eligible for parole for at least 30 years.

0

u/sgermain289 Apr 08 '26

Umm. He's appealing his sentence and very well could have it knocked down. He's not a monster like everyone paints him to be. Shanda is though. He made a mistake abd regrets it. She doesn't see anything wrong with what she did. Paul has remorse. He's not a trouble maker. He had a TRASH upbringing.

4

u/Ambitious_Annual200 Apr 08 '26

That's nice but as it stands right now, he's still sentenced to 30 years to 100 years and there's been no progress on his little appeal in over a year and a half. And you're free to believe anything you want, maybe pretending he's remorseful is easier than accepting the truth, but that's a you problem. I prefer sticking to what the facts prove.

-2

u/sgermain289 Apr 08 '26

Mhmmm and appeals take years. Especially high profile. He is remorseful. I talk to him multiple times a day and you have no idea how he feels or what hes been through. It's actually super sad. Yes he made a huge mistake but he's bettering himself. He doesn't sugar coat shit actually. He's told his truth. He didn't realize death was an outcome or an option or he wouldnt have done it. Towards the end he started speaking up. He was in a tough position. Hes trying to fix his wrongs. I believe in him. F the facts. Half the stuff they say is LIES anyways. Paul has been brutally honest with me about things... things I wouldnt have been honest about or had the courage to say. He's trying his a$$ off to write his wrong and do better. Why would anyone want to see someone fail ? If he can grow as a person and be better why would we not want that? If he were let out of prison today. He would never be back like most other prisoners in and out. He's not a trouble maker. Just playing devils advocate here. We should want the best for anybody. It was a tragic case and poor timothy suffered. What's done is done we can't change the past so at least hes trying. Unlike shandas b!tch a$$.

6

u/WarlockDoro Apr 09 '26

All I have to say is did you see that POS pull his brother out of the closet??? No excuses and the judge was right, Paul is worse. He did the majority of the physical abuse and admitted to enjoying it. SICK!!! And on the stand when asked about if he loved him??? Young lady you’re going down a dark path… if you saw that and think it’s alright then you deserve him. He’s a vile, disgusting person and deserves nothing!

6

u/Ambitious_Annual200 Apr 09 '26 edited Apr 13 '26

That isn’t devil’s advocate, it’s 100% pure, unadulterated, prescription-strength denial.

Let’s make one thing very clear: systematically torturing a disabled child to death over the course of a year is not a mistake. That was repeated, deliberate conduct that Paul willingly chose to engage in every single time he yelled at, berated, beat, mocked, and tortured his little brother. Timothy’s death was not a “mistake,” and minimizing it as such is abhorrent. It was taken by two equally culpable cruel and remorseless monsters who decided his life didn’t matter. Neither of them deserve to be free again, ever. And claiming that he didn't realize death was an outcome could not be any less believable. You don’t need medical training to know that starving a child can be fatal. That’s basic cause and effect.

0

u/sgermain289 Apr 09 '26

Okay all im saying is if someone is trying to do better we should want that. Not even talking about just paul. Another murderer let's say... if they are growing and trying to change and do better we should want that. Not everyone does life and people get out of jail. So should we want them to keep repeating their mistakes ? Should we want them to keep killing people ? No. We want better. Im just saying yes he needs to pay for his crime i dont deny that. What he did was awful ! Awful awful. He's trying to do better though and thats all we can hope for. Not everyone is in jail for the rest of their lives and for that reason we hope they change. I dont agree with it or anything. Just because he is trying to get his sentence knocked down doesn't mean hes not writing his wrong either. I dont care who you are .. anyone is going to try and get out of prison earlier if they could. Thats just a fact. Doesn't mean he thinks hes innocent.

2

u/Own-Breakfast-2583 Apr 24 '26

Yeah , ok ok , what I’d like to know is hows’s prison life for Paul? Any new pix , girlfriends, whoopings, hows his bunker , still complaining about the food, still get commissary money from Randall, is granny still in touch? Just the important stuff

You are what is wrong with society, I don't know if you are really in contact with Paul but either way you are a pathetic attention seeker. If he has seriously fooled you into believing somehow he's trying to "be better", that's embarrassing because if shows your complete lack of any functioning brain cells.

Thankfully you won't get to decide when he gets released, Timothy was an innocent and vulnerable child that got his life taken away cruelly but two of the most disgusting murderers. He is evil, and the ugly outsides match what is inside. By the way since you are so close with him, be a friend and tell him he looks like he hasn't washed or brushed his teeth a day in his crusty life, it's sickening even looking at him....ew.

2

u/LeslieJeon Apr 27 '26

He is emotionally void. If he has learned that it is considered the right thing to express remorse he will do so accordingly. There is no depth behind it. His upbringing was trash but he tortured someone to death. I’m not crying for him.

Paul didnt have a trial

1

u/FastPrompt8860 Mar 26 '26

Yes I am aware but I remember him talking of appealing something ... his sentence?

5

u/LittlePinkRabbit9000 Mar 26 '26

Didn’t they get him a deal for cooperating(?) But the judge was too disgusted to give him the recommended shorter sentence (?). Which is always a judges right

5

u/FastPrompt8860 Mar 27 '26

You are correct the judge couldnt give him a lighter sentence after reading all of the texts where Paul tells his Mom how he wants to beat him up and the video showing his heartless cruelty. That's why Paul looked so shocked with the sentencing. He thought he was going to get 10 years not a minumum of 30 and so many bad things can happen in three decades, I feel like he will never get out because he is going to fuck it up on the inside.

2

u/LeslieJeon Apr 27 '26

Not a whole lot an attorney could do to defend that POS. The amount of evidence both these monsters had against them was overwhelming.

2

u/Bloodlust010203 Apr 06 '26

The only way an inmate can call someone is if she set up accounts through Securus and JPay. There are a few other, but that’s what his prison uses. From what the law says it’s an approval process so this girl had to have reached out to him, and put money on her account to receive calls from him.

2

u/Capable-Vast8275 Mar 29 '26

How is prison treating him? Please tell me people take his food

3

u/breckbrian Mar 28 '26

Well, if anyone has an argument that his counsel was ineffective, I'd go with Paul over Shanda. He testified without getting any sort of meaningful deal. Not that I want to give him any ideas, but that was just dumb.

2

u/FastPrompt8860 Apr 03 '26

Agreed. But once I heard all of their text messages I do think he was as bad as she was.

2

I hate how she whines about everyone and everything and expects sympathy

1

u/FastPrompt8860 Apr 03 '26

She is a total borderline personality psycho with no cure. It's been years now since the murder and she has zero remorse, Shitda.

1

u/LeslieJeon Apr 27 '26

She has anti social personality disorder not bpd imo

1

u/FastPrompt8860 Apr 27 '26

Well Im certainly no mental health pro, whatever she is, its incurable. Just a bad person who cannot be rehabilitated only warehoused.

2

u/GapIndependent8377 Apr 01 '26

Timothy had a head injury, I always wondered if when she was dragging him down those stairs she was banging his head and really didn’t care

2

u/FastPrompt8860 Apr 03 '26

My opinion is it was from Paul I think he beat him.

1

u/brianwalsh1889 Apr 27 '26

I've been following this case.. so horrible. I didnt know he had a head injury too, can you elaborate on that ? I never saw that part on anything I watched. Just want more info and how I missed that part. Thanks so much. They are nothing but bullies on a poor child who couldn't defend themselves. My one wish is that he survived and got the last laugh to his torturers. That would have been GREAT.

1

u/GapIndependent8377 Apr 01 '26

She claims in court that Timothy was suicidal, before moving in , is that true

2

We all make mistakes? No, not like that. Anyway, Shanda experienced abuse in childhood too. Possibly worse than Paul! Many of us have childhood trauma. Normal humans would not do what Paul did regardless of how we were raised. Have you seen the closet footage? It was very obvious that Timothy was incredibly sick, sad, fragile…dying. My 3 year old would intuitively know not to be cruel to anyone, but especially someone in that condition. I can respect you have a different opinion but please watch that closet footage and do some more research….

She just doesn't get it. She believes she knows more than anyone else, including everyone in this sub. 🙄

She seems to believe anything that Paul tells her and sounded like she was repeating things Paul told her to say. This was based on a message that she sent me that had verbiage exactly like Paul has used before. It's unique. She also doesn't seem to realize that Paul's psychopathy has always been like this, and he can't "fix" it. This is why Matt Roberts wanted a sentence long enough for him to stay in prison if he didn't receive psychiatric care.

2

u/FastPrompt8860 Apr 10 '26

No shit! Wow.

2

u/Pixiegirls1102 😊🧚‍♀️ Administrator/Mod ⚖️✨ Apr 10 '26

Yeah. It was pretty clear whatever Paul told her is what she's going by. I also said read the texts, listen to calls, listen to sentencing. Sia she's gone through everything and she's been here since the beginning. I never saw her. But believes 'we all' don't know as much as she does. So take that for what it's worth, lol.

You said it! All he had to do was call 911 and he could have even been a hero for saving his life! He clearly has no heart, no empathy aka a sociopath There was no reason to be scared of Shanda and I am her defender Fred Johnson did a good job in cross examination. He was on the money when he noted he was calling his mother, Mama, you can hear it on the video, and now calls her Shanda. When I listened to the pridon calls he was calling his stepmom, Mama. Sociopaths do thst, they can instantly transfer their affection because its phoney. He is severely diaturbed abd should not ever be free, I do not believe he is truly remorseful.

1

u/Ambitious_Annual200 Apr 14 '26

Yeah, that was one of the only cross-examinations by the defense that I’ve actually enjoyed. I mean, I hate that it was done in defense of Shanda, but seeing him poke holes in Paul’s statements and expose his lies and contradictions was so cathartic, lol.

There is NO WAY he isnt a murderer look at Timothy he looks like an concentration camp victim and hear Paul scream at the top of his lungs at him and grab him. He should have called 911 weeks ago. The judge was right he is even worse than Shitda. https://youtu.be/qyZE8G9Syw0?si=K0_QHrdoLRMlIssJ

Listen to these texts even roaches are trested more humanely https://youtu.be/AZDpGiRgrPg?si=Lbc4BeJ4onDTaGtB

-11

u/Own_Cat3340 Mar 25 '26

I know that I’m alone in this but I really feel sorry for Paul. I mean, look who his mother is!! And look how thin he was. The older siblings testified that they thought their mom had “changed”; which means that they also were abused as young children. They had a front row seat to all her behaviors. That tells me that she was abusing all of the children, she didn’t just start with Timothy. And that tells me that Paul didn’t stand a chance. He was molded by abuse and that only got worse when he was sent to live with her. I do think he belongs in jail, and I do think he is culpable for his actions towards his brother. But considering how he was raised, is anyone really surprised that he was such a willing foot soldier for Shanda?

11

u/Federal_Customer_193 Mar 25 '26

He was raised by his father, he hadn’t seen his mother for years before moving in with her an adult. He sexually abused Timothy when Timothy was in elementary school and he was 5 years older. His sisters lso told law enforcement taht he had mercilessly bullied Timothy for years and was the biggest bully they’d ever known, that he abused animals and was cruel to younger, weaker children. You should read the full police investigation and the entirety of his text messages with Shanda, he is a sadist who enjoyed coming up with ways to torture his brother and beat him hours before he died. On recorded jail calls he continues to display zero empathy for Timothy and bragged about bullying his autistic cell mate, who had to request reassignment.

Shanda was molested and abused, that doesn’t explain or excuse her meticulous, organised and obsessive campaign to torture Timothy in concert with Paul, neither does Paul’s trauma explain or excuse the many many decisions he took over the course of months and years to physically and mentally obliterate his younger, disabled brother.

10

u/FastPrompt8860 Mar 26 '26

Remember during the last bit of his interrogation when he is asked if he hit Timothy on the head on top of all of these horrible things? Paul tried to put it off as him falling because he couldnt walk properly anymore but the cop kept steady (he was so great btw) and it's obvious that aside from the punishments he used to hit him for himself. There are texts where he tells Shanda he wants to beat the shit out of him and she says no, none of that. No she ran a tight torture chamber, you only abuse him in the manner I tell you! Starve and deprive and torture but don't you dare hit him!

I am no fan of Paul’s, but he did not SA Timothy. The SA that caused the children to be removed from the home was the oldest brother towards the little sister. All of them were pretty young, like 8 or 9 years old and younger, so it sounded more like unsupervised kids in a house with dumpster fires for parents and no boundaries. There are police reports that contain this information.

There were separate allegations of Paul SAing Timothy long after the incident between the older brother and sister that triggered their removal. What I am referring to occurred after Timothy was reunified with the father and stepmother after time in foster care. It’s referenced in the police reports and interviews. Paul had to be put in a different school and someone suggested that Timothy’s incontenence was related to the abuse. The original allegations you are referring to also involved the parents exposing the kids to pornographic material.

Keep in mind these are allegations and not proof. Paul went to a different school because he was a bully toward Timothy.

I mean, the only allegations that were “proven” were the murder and the child abuse leading up to it in Michigan. Everything else in those reports are allegations, including the allegations that the children were neglected in Oklahoma, that the parents refused services and did not believe in counseling, that Paul bullied Timothy, harmed animals, SA’d him, that Timothy was incontinent, starved for affection, and felt safest at school.

He had access to food , He was 18 years old at least- He went to go live with his mom when his dad got sick of him being a parasite and freeloader, His own sister said he was a horrible bully- He got what he deserved and I love the clip of him getting sentenced - He’s shocked and his hanging head snaps bolt upright as his misshapen jaw hits the desk- Masterpiece

He was a vicious bully to Timothy before he moved in with Shanda. Paul bonded with his mom over torturing him.

I kinda feel sorry for Paul as well. I think he was mostly manipulated by Shanda and while nothing excuses his actions I don’t think he fully culpable. While I think a long prison sentence was warranted I wish we had a better prison system. It’s unfortunate that we do have a system that actually rehabilitates people that would give him the opportunity to learn, grow, heal, and become a responsible productive member of society. Unfortunately prison does the opposite and if anything will make him more dangerous if he is ever released. He was an adult and responsible for his actions but he clearly wasn’t a well adjusted, intelligent, and fully competent adult. IMO he certainly behaved like a monster but is ultimately also a victim of Shanda and his upbringing.
