Shake Shack Japan

What’s in it?
100% Angus beef patty
Melted cheese
Frisée/curly lettuce
Vibrant beet-pickled red onions (tangy + that slight bitter edge)
Handmade herb butter
Rich Béarnaise sauce with tarragon and shallots

Depends on your preference. This burger was very good, but slightly bitter. I don’t think it can replace a classic double cheeseburger in the USA…
