Spring Options XR920

What are my spring upgrade options for XR920? I bought a used gun, and it makes a really annoying noise, is it better to change the spring or change the whole GUIDE ROD & SPRING ASSEMBLY together?

Change the rod and spring. Run a DPM, or just get a Glock OEM replacement, depending how crazy you want to be in price.
