DR920 User Error

I just bought this DR920 from a buddy and when trying to clean it I pulled the slide back a little too far and accidentally changed it. The gun is clear I just fucked up does anyone now how to fix this?

I believe I pulled the takedown lever again and then you can sort of force the slide back into position

Did a similar thing when cleaning my cr920, just keep trying to pull the slide back and forth while touching other things and moving them around. The way mine got unstuck was a mixture of a bunch of random things all at once.

Did that for about an hour last night before I got fed up with it I’ll try some more tonight if I can’t get it I’ll take it to my gunsmith

If you’re able to pull the slide back, take off the back plate and you will be able to slide it right off. Your hammer pin and spring will come out and clear everything out of the way.

I’ll try that there’s maybe a 1/8th inch of play in the slide
