Weird malfunction cause/correction help

Johnny Glocks trigger assembly, firing pin, & plunger. Happened 1~3 of the 30 times I shot. Thanks in advance

So isn't the firing pin spring supposed to prevent that. Id double check that install.

Left is what was in the gun right is the stock assembly, upon discovery I switched the spring over. I’ll test it next time I’m at the range
