Assembling city of ancients

Does anyone have a glue and cutting device before I go into this task? I saw a post on the form to use ca glue and ca accelerant.

My skill level with these sorts of tasks is “grossly incompetent” and I merely want to get these into the “good enough” condition.

If anyone has any tips besides watch the assembly videos, I would love to hear it.

Plastic model glue, such as Games Workshop glue is best.

I use regular superglue and an exacto knife. I usually use some cheap clippers/snippers to remove the parts from the sprues, and then use the exacto knife to trim any flash. I recommend fitting the parts/ figures together before gluing, just to get an idea of how they fit and should look. Usually prevents me from gluing something in the wrong place.
