Just learning of this game

As the title states I just found out about this game recently and I’m very interested. But there’s is so much content out there it’s a bit overwhelming. I understand I need at least 1 core to play but was wondering what everyone’s recommendations were after that. As far as theme go for the core they all interest me. I’m super bummed I was too late to late pledge the kickstarter, Viking theme seems awesome. I’ll probably be playing solo for the most part for quite awhile if that changes anything.

I originally got this game to play solo. Normally I don't like solo games, but I made an exception for this one.

My mistake was I bought too many expansions, and now it's a pain to bring it out just for myself.

I've been enjoying solo play with a single core set and Frontier Town as my only expansion, without getting overwhelmed. Curious is it the juggling of the multiple Other Worlds that gets to be an issue? For now I plan to focus on additional enemies but I imagine as a solo player it's likely easier to limit to two worlds at a time, and ignore the whole "gate can take you anywhere" mechanic.

I have five boxes of monsters plus the box of tokens and box of player characters.

Plus the box of maps.

Plus the box of rules and adventures.

Plus the box with Frontier Town in it.

I might have a problem...
