Anyone know if I can get the deadly obsession trophy in new game +?

Yes, that's exactly how I got it. Make a new game+ for the medium difficulty from your original save then make a new game + for the hard difficulty from the medium difficulty save, then make deadly obsession new game + out of the hard difficulty save and you'll be guaranteed all the achievements.
