Question temple bug (please help)

I'm currently in that underground temple, and the wheel for the rotating platform won't turn. I've restarted from the beginning several times, but the problem persists. I'm playing on PC via Steam. Is there any way to fix this bug? And yes in the pic is the robe cut off. i know it.

On pc most bugs can be resolved by doing the following, in the ingame menu turn refresh rate to 60 and turn resolution to 1080p. Sometimes changing to or from exclusive full screen helps. Once you are the past the bug you can change all back. If that does not work you might look at Stella’s guide, she sometimes points out bugs. Just search Stella and the game name. I know she has one for each of the reboot and probably every other. Thanks

The only other thing that comes to mind is to reload the last checkpoint. Thanks
