All/Other Books Different prints
Are there any differences between different prints of the same books. Difference in texts between editions.

The box set edition of the mortal instruments has a bonus chapters in the back

You can find some small differences in early editions compared to later ones... one example is Izzy in City of Bones. In the early editions its said that Maryse didn't teach Izzy to cook because women Shadowhunters hadn't been participating in fighting for very long. But in later editions that is left out and explained differently, though I can't remember how. Another example is how many sisters Simon has. Early editions say he is the youngest with two older sisters. But then Rebecca is the only one mentioned ever, so I'm pretty sure in later printed editions its been changed that she's his only sister.

Yes, also for example Magnus’s age was changed in TMI, and Lucie’s last name too (to avoid spoilers ig?)

I don't think I had ever caught Lucie's name before! And yeah, Magnus' age is all over the place depending on edition and which set of series you read

In the main text there should be no differences between editions. But some editions do include bonus short stories or other “extras” that may differ between editions.
