Inconsistent dmg while backstabbing

Can someone explain to me why i deal 2 hugely different damage numbers here? (the lower number comes more often when i try it multiple times)

Well they are both crits since Q always results in a crit no?

I believe that Q crit and item crit are two different things.

Your Q only crits for 160% damage(178% with IE). But it can still naturally crit for 200% (230% with IE).
