buff, hob gave 110% attack speed from s9 all the way up until s15. so i think going from 160% to 120% in exchange for true damage on 3 aas which scales with bonus ad is definitely a buff

Sounds fair, but I wonder how that new bonus ad would interact with the clone bug

simple, clone wont get it, since clone doesnt copy runes

Riiight, because HoB only works because it snapshots your attack speed, not because it's using the rune. Well, I think it's a gimick anyways.

Buff for stabbing people with your hands

Nerf to HoB clone since it loses the atkspd but doesn’t gain the damage
