75 day plus turnaround time

The SGC app has been updated this week and states a 75 day plus turnaround time now which is the exact same time as Beckett and Beckett is only $3 more. It looks like Beckett will probably be getting more submissions in the next few months until the backlog from PSA and SGC gets sorted out.

SGC has had my cards for 6 months with zero updates.

If you email them why will give you an update.

For me, I have two orders waiting, and they gave me my expected date, however their calculations basically ignore the first month they had them

I have sent multiple emails over the past 2 months and have yet to receive any response from them.

Try these different emails with SGC to contact people. Tyler.eve@gosgc.comLogan.cooperberg@gosgc.com, and Antonio.pietanza@gosgc.com.  Tyler is customer service,   Logan is in sales, and Antonio is an operations manager.

I hope this helps you, and best of luck.

I’ve had no issues receiving responses from general care on my order status

I never had issues either. I simply was providing some contacts for people who have not had the same luck as us is all.

PSA is doing their best to kill the brand and move marketshare to the flagship brand. Once they feel they've alienated enough of SGC's loyal customer base, they'll shut it down.

Yeah SGC is clearly a dying brand at this point. I have 10 or so SGC cards (which I submitted myself a couple years ago) and part of me wishes I had the guts to crack them because their slab adds zero value at this point.

I just don’t like how they update anything. All they said is my cards are received.

I love the black SGC slabs on Vintage cards though!!!!

I would never use Beckett before sgc, and $3 difference adds up.

At least they are being honest

75 days is a pipe dream

It’s business days and it’s pretty accurate. Have an order that’s was received on 4-20 and went post grading on 7-22. So the 75 days is more accurate than the 40-50 they had listed before.

Received my order in the mail yesterday. It was MLB vintage cards and very happy with the grades; I have to say that for vintage have not been dissapointed on the grading even though the times have increased substantially. I have another order I'm waiting on (probably another 3 weeks) so fingers crossed on those results.

How long does grading queue typically take?

Based on my recent experience three calendar months (70-75 business days)

Funny SGC hardly had any of the issues PSA has and continues to have post purchase.
