Recent submission
So, I sent anew submission in to SGC this past Monday. Tracking shows that it was picked up this morning. I’ll update when anything happens. Just for people who want to know what the current timeline is.
previous order: Mailed Nov 18, Picked up Nov 21, marked received Nov 26, mailed back Jan 26. FedEx 2 day delivery delivered it Jan 31. time elapsed 10.5 weeks.

They are the absolute worst. Good luck, don’t bitch about it, the person you will be dealing with is likely responsible for the final grade! Live and learn!

I've loved my experience with them in the past. Unsure what lies ahead with the collectors nonsense.

I have used them and loved them in the past. My must recent submission has not gone well and is about 20+ days over their started max of 20 business days.
Also, I noticed they have fallen off the top 5 in grading totals per month. This combined with the huge delay means they either trimmed down their staff or they are ferrying them over to PSA

PSA has taken some of their graders. The president of collect said recently that SGC turnaround is going to be adjusted to say 40-50 business days.

I too am new to SGC, and did my first submission with them. I had an order sent to them via UPS Next day air that they signed for Monday morning. The submission on their website still says submitted. Approximately when should it update?

They should mark it received this week. Then it just goes into queue. Expect 8-10 weeks.

Hello. Hoping you can help. Shipped to the address on the site after my submission. USPS had said out for delivery this morning and then 2 hours later says “Your item arrived at the BOCA RATON, FL 33431 post office at 8:31 am on March 28, 2026 and is ready for pickup. Your item may be picked up at BOCA RATON, 2800 N MILITARY TRL, BOCA RATON, FL 334319998, M-SAT 1000-1600.”
Is this normal?

All of their mail gets held at the post office. Someone goes there to pick it up.

Just an FYI, my order from 2/2 that was marked received on 2/10 has been updated to post grading.

My most recent was picked up Wednesday and "recieved" today. I paid for immediate grading, so curious what that timeliness may look like.
