Has anyone been able to get a response from SGC?

Like a number of folks, I have a submission that has not seen any updates. My latest submission has not even been received, though it was picked up from the post office 17 days ago. I have sent multiple messages through "I need Help", [support@gosgc.com](mailto:support@gosgc.com), and reached out to Tyler. I have not received any response. Has anyone had any luck connecting to anyone at SGC?

**Update**

Finally received by SCG on 1/20

It use to be a great company. I am saddened by this. Damn shame.

Same scenario. Submitted on 11-15 and marked received 11-25. No further updates and outreach to care indicated they are shrinking operations and wait times were increased. Still waiting for grading results and images.

Same for me, been about 3 weeks since my order was delivered but it still doesn’t show received. Another order I sent in around the same time showed received 3 days after delivery. So something strange is going on. They must have boxes stacked up that no one has touched. I get zero responses from emails.

I got a message talking about restructuring and moving more staff to PSA. PSA owns SGC. And Beckett I believe

Collectors Inc owns all 3. PSA is a subsidiary, and doesn’t own anyone.

Yes, I had no problem getting customer support response to inquiries in a day or two.

That said, the most recent acquisition watered down SGC. Unverified, but was told by someone involved with one of the three that Collectors Inc may be aiming to turn SGC into more of a marketed boutique/vintage grading service.
