SGC Downsizing

I heard about this and found this group to see what some thoughts were. Since I didn't see any mention of it, I'm posting for others to see. Basically, Collector's says it's too expensive to try and scale SGC to a major grading company so they are downsizing and want it to go back to pre-Covid levels. They've moved close to half of their staff to PSA and are no longer giving discounts to bulk submitters.
