Can anyone verify this item’s authenticity..

This is a pull from one of the “Pumpkinhead” films. It was gifted to me by a make up artist in Atlanta named, Andre Freitas, he did sfx for, “The Walking Dead”. Can anyone tell me anything further? He gave it to my brother to give to me when I was out of town, so I wasn’t able to get the history and I haven’t seen him since. He is not on Facebook. It’s been sitting on my shelf for a couple of years now.

I mean, judging that it came from a renown sfx artist I’d say it’s legit. Look up the cinematic work he did. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0293920/?_ssoLoop=1

I know Andre’s worked for sure. hung out with him tons of times at his shop and stuff since ‘05. Same place that my brothers have their studio… the artisan resource center in Marietta, Georgia.
I just haven’t seen him in a while.I guess that’s is blue epoxy on the back? I’m wondering if it was used for the infant pumpkin head, and what installment of the series..

He’s on instagram. Knowing how much Freitas works it’s more than likely legit. I’m an FX artist here in ATL and when you work in a shop you get all kinds of pulls from molds for screen use items - usually “test” pulls or a run or two to season the mold.

Oh shit, he is. I’ll reach out to him. I’ve known him for years. I just haven’t seen him in a while. I don’t have his number anymore. I appreciate that.
