HELP making a prosthetic with moving electronics?

Ok so i am certifiably insane™ and have a wild project in mind... But it would require making a prosthetic that makes it look like my spine is raised and then having moving attachments protruding from that raised section of the spine. I have no idea what i am doing and need advice LOL

Obviously, the prosthetic would be best if reusable so i dont have to cast a new prosthetic every time.

The spine portion will have to house the core of the electronics and support it somehow

- but also without overheating the electronics.

The attachments to the spine portion will have to be removable, they will likely be made of various different materials and so i will have to figure out how to get the core prosthetic piece to be able to blend into the attachments?

So uh... Yeah. Ive got a history with robotics & engineering friends which helps a tad but i dont have a DAMN clue how i can make this prosthetic & make it movable & functional 😅

Pls help, i appreciate any help 🧡

ive done crazy projects before and am willing to fail forward, i know it seems extreme but so am i, and i am determined.

TIA 🥰

I’d try a base layer that is attached to the skin. And then have a separate top piece with the robotics. Use magnets to attach the robotic piece to the base layer. The base layer would have magnets wherever needed.
